Program manager who coordinates investigations and escalations across external supply chain businesses to ensure loss events flow to correct investigation teams globally with proper signals and minimal false positives. Owns escalation architecture end to end including governance automation standards and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do11
- 1Own the global escalation matrix for external supply chain loss events (SWA AF WePay)
- 2Govern and continuously improve routing logic FM/MM events to AMER Investigations via MVP
- 3Drive false positive reduction to target threshold through triage team optimization and signal refinement
- 4Activate and maintain the Blue-Flag process and Lasik integration for external supply chain theft signals
- 5Build communication automation WWOS to SWA notifications on case creation
- 6Manage camera access provisioning and training for triage teams across 21+ SCs
- 7Standardize LE engagement SOPs and police report filing processes globally
- 8Coordinate daily with SSTP and Relay to reduce false positives and improve signal quality
- 9Align external supply chain investigation standards across AMER EU and India
- 10Define and maintain escalation protocols for theft incidents aligned with business stakeholders
- 11Review overnight SSTP alerts triage real signals versus noise
Requirements5
- 15+ years of program or project management experience
- 2Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- 3Knowledge of general AI tools
- 42+ years of stakeholder management experience
- 5Master's degree or MBA in business operations HR adult education instructional design or related field
Salary Insight
$104 - $185k per year
