Sr Performance Tester, LoadRunner & NeoLoad
Overview
You will lead performance testing for a health insurance customer experience platform using NeoLoad and LoadRunner. Coordinate with the QA and development teams to define and execute load and stress tests. This role requires on-site presence in Reston, VA, with hybrid flexibility of 1-2 days per month. You will own the performance testing lifecycle from requirement analysis to result reporting.

- 1Design and execute performance test scripts using NeoLoad and LoadRunner for a health insurance customer experience platform.
- 2Lead load testing efforts to validate system stability and scalability under varying user loads.
- 3Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and work with developers to resolve them.
- 4Develop and maintain performance test documentation, including test plans and strategies.
- 5Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define performance test scenarios and success criteria.
- 6Drive performance test automation to enable continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines.
- 7Report performance metrics to stakeholders with clear recommendations for improvement.
- 8Evaluate and recommend performance testing tools and approaches based on project needs.
Requirements8
- 15+ years of experience in performance testing with a focus on LoadRunner and NeoLoad.
- 2Proven track record of testing health insurance customer experience applications.
- 3Hands-on experience with LoadRunner and NeoLoad for script creation, execution, and analysis.
- 4Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, including load, stress, and endurance testing.
- 5Experience with performance testing in a hybrid cloud environment, preferably AWS.
- 6Ability to work on-site in Reston, VA, with a hybrid arrangement of 1-2 days per month.
- 7Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 8ISTQB certification is preferred but not required.
