Sr Manager Clinical Transformation - Tech Strategy
Overview
Strategic Technology Leadership driving clinical transformation initiatives. Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with clinical strategy. Partner across clinical technology and product teams to deliver impactful solutions for kidney patients.
What You'll Do10
- 1Develop and execute on a technology roadmap aligned with the village clinical strategy
- 2Navigate ambiguous business problems and balance multiple perspectives to create a structured project management approach to ideal solutions
- 3Synthesize current state and conduct data analyses to generate insights that include trade-offs and risk assessments in order to drive business decisions
- 4Proactively identify conflicts or roadblocks and propose recommended solutions
- 5Collaborate with clinical strategy teams, technology teams, clinical services team, and field operations teams to develop a technology prioritization process
- 6Supervise, coach, and develop Analysts (1-2 direct reports) to grow their technical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- 7Provide regular feedback, mentoring, and structured learning
- 8Responsible for performance development, performance management, retention, team assignments, and teammate relations
- 9Influence and communicate effectively with appropriate leadership audiences to maximize decision efficiency and impact
- 10Travel approximately 25% of the time
Requirements13
- 1Bachelor's degree required
- 25-7 years of work experience preferred
- 3Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience
- 4Strong analytical and presentation skills preferred
- 5Prior experience as a direct supervisor preferred
- 6Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change
- 7Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- 8Exceptional executive communication skills
- 9Comfort with ambiguity and navigating complex, evolving environments
- 10Outstanding conceptual, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- 11Strong project management capabilities, with experience leading multiple initiatives across cross-functional teams
- 12Deep understanding of healthcare markets and willingness to continuously learn and adapt
- 13Proven ability to prioritize, evaluate, and manage workloads while identifying growth opportunities
