- 8Navigate complex regulated environments balancing compliance scalability and modern architecture
- 9Work with clinical operations data management and site management stakeholders to optimize workflows
- 10Deliver results that improve trial outcomes and patient health tracking
- 11Mentor and develop team members to achieve high performance
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 28+ years within life sciences R&D or health‑technology environments
- 3Deep expertise in clinical data management data standards and enterprise clinical data systems
- 4Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and site management workflows data flows and dependencies
- 5Proven success leading clinical trial data integration initiatives
- 6Extensive experience delivering or scaling advanced clinical analytics platforms
- 7Ability to work in regulated environments balancing compliance scalability and modern architecture
- 8Collaboration skills across clinical operations data management biostatistics engineering and regulatory stakeholders
- 9Education: Bachelor degree in Business Computer Science Data Science or related field
- 10Master's degree is a plus
- 11Understanding of data‑integration principles and familiarity with analytics and product development
