What You'll Do15
- 1Own the strategy roadmap and execution for a major product area
- 2Identify customer problems through interviews workflow analysis and market research
- 3Define product success metrics and use data to continuously improve outcomes
- 4Design intelligent product experiences using structured data large language models retrieval augmented generation AI agents workflow automation and prompt orchestration
- 5Partner with Data Science and Engineering to define AI capabilities including evaluation criteria quality metrics confidence thresholds and feedback mechanisms
- 6Ensure AI generated outputs are transparent explainable and aligned with regulatory requirements
- 7Develop deep understanding of clinical development workflows and map complete customer journeys
- 8Validate concepts through customer interviews usability testing and prototype evaluations
- 9Lead product planning backlog prioritization release planning and customer adoption activities
- 10Communicate priorities tradeoffs and progress to executives and cross functional stakeholders
- 11Define and monitor KPIs including adoption engagement satisfaction workflow efficiency and AI quality
- 12Use experimentation and product analytics to improve performance
- 13Mentor Associate Product Managers and contribute to product management best practices
- 14Foster collaboration across Engineering Design Clinical SMEs and Customer Success
- 15Champion a culture of customer focus experimentation accountability and continuous improvement
Requirements13
- 1Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering Life Sciences Business or related discipline
- 25+ years of product management experience building enterprise software or SaaS products
- 3Demonstrated success leading products from discovery through commercial launch
- 4Strong customer discovery and product strategy experience
- 5Experience defining product roadmaps and prioritizing across multiple initiatives
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 7Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with a data driven approach
- 8Proven ability to influence cross functional teams without direct authority
- 9Preferred experience building products incorporating artificial intelligence or machine learning
- 10Familiarity with Large Language Models Claude ChatGPT Retrieval Augmented Generation AI agents Semantic search Vector databases Prompt engineering
- 11Experience defining AI quality metrics and evaluation frameworks
- 12Experience working in life sciences healthcare or other regulated industries
- 13Familiarity with cloud platforms APIs and modern data architectures
