What You'll Do16
- 1Collaborate with CHN and affiliate leadership to optimize financial performance by aligning services with standard offerings
- 2Develop and maintain application portfolios focused on optimization and CHN architecture alignment
- 3Lead customer technology projects and participate in optimization workgroups
- 4Stay current on technologies impacting customer and CHN operations
- 5Provide hands-on technical support and engineering-level project leadership
- 6Manage customer technology inventory and delegate tasks to service desk employees
- 7Offer technical support for critical issues beyond service desk capabilities
- 8Perform security evaluations for physical systems including access control and surveillance
- 9Establish KPI reports and protocols for sharing with internal and external stakeholders
- 10Support identity and access management with periodic reviews and audit readiness
- 11Assist with EHR activities emphasizing security and compliance
- 12Coordinate security risk assessments and remediation actions
- 13Promote process improvement culture and address equity concerns
- 14Ensure compliance with CHN policies and regulations
- 15Provide feedback on racial equity and structural racism impacts
- 16Create cultures of continuous improvement and accountability
Requirements18
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 2Minimum 5 years progressive IT responsibility
- 3Financial modeling and budgeting expertise
- 4Broad technical experience with enterprise-level ticketing systems
- 5Proven service desk support background
- 6Moderate travel to affiliate locations
- 7Commitment to Planned Parenthood mission and equity principles
- 8Relevant Microsoft certifications CompTIA and ITIL
- 9Stakeholder partnership experience for technology recommendations
- 10Healthcare IT experience with regulatory awareness
- 11Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- 12Ability to lead during emergencies
- 13Qualifications: Preferred Microsoft, CompTIA, and ITIL certifications
