  • 12Support recruitment onboarding and employee development initiatives
  • 13Implement and manage performance management systems and succession planning
  • 14Partner with Learning and Development teams to address talent gaps and growth strategies
  • 15Stay up to date on all applicable labor laws and HR regulations
  • 16Ensure HR and payroll practices comply with legal standards and company policies
  • 17Advise leadership on compliance issues risk mitigation and policy interpretation
  • 18Bachelor’s degree in human resources business administration or related field
  • 198+ years of progressive HR experience including significant multi-state payroll management
  • 20Strong knowledge of HR principles employment law and payroll regulations
  • 21Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excel advanced TriNet Payroll System and HRIS platforms
  • 22Excellent communication interpersonal and coaching skills
  • 23Proven experience implementing and managing HR programs
  • 24Strong analytical thinking problem-solving and organizational skills
  • 25Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons leading HR transformations
  • 38+ years progressive HR experience including multi-state payroll management
  • 45+ years proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excel advanced
