What You'll Do11
- 1Lead direct reports including CAM CSA and Aftermarket functions
- 2Represent solution as General Manager delegate for pricing sales and strategy
- 3Matrixed leadership across operations supply chain and engineering
- 4Manage customer account management and business development assignments
- 5Serve as primary escalation path for customer issues and resolve cross-functional conflicts
- 6Negotiate major agreements LTAs and contract changes
- 7Drive demand forecasting and coordinate with finance for SIOP planning
- 8Analyze competitive landscapes and develop customer strategies
- 9Develop product roadmaps and market analysis for pricing models
- 10Coordinate with legal and compliance for contract requirements
- 11Maintain claims recovery and address out-of-scope customer requests
Requirements10
- 110+ years business management experience in aerospace sector
- 2Proven expertise in international business and aerospace industry knowledge
- 3Strong financial reporting and cost accounting skills
- 4Mastery of price build-up processes and negotiation strategies
- 5Certification such as CPC Card or AWS Certified relevant to domain
- 6Education: BS degree required with MBA preferred
- 7Ability to travel 30% domestic internationally
- 8Physical demands include lifting up to 10 pounds
- 9Excellent project management and decision-making abilities
