What You'll Do8
- 1Own and operate your Sprinter or Cargo Van to deliver freight across assigned routes for Victoria Logistics Carrier.
- 2Negotiate per-load rates with dispatchers to maximize your revenue.
- 3Manage your own schedule and route planning to meet delivery deadlines.
- 4Maintain vehicle compliance including registration, insurance, and required equipment like 4 straps and PPE.
- 5Remove all decals and notify company of any vehicle modifications before road use.
- 6Communicate with dispatch in English or Russian for load assignments and status updates.
- 7Complete paperwork for each load and ensure proper delivery documentation.
- 8Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety guidelines during transit.
Requirements8
- 16+ months of driving experience in a Sprinter or Cargo Van.
- 2Own your vehicle: Sprinter or Cargo Van not older than 2016 model year.
- 3Hold US citizenship, residency, green card, or valid work authorization.
- 4Be at least 21 years old for yourself and any additional drivers.
- 5Speak, understand, and read basic English; Russian speakers welcome.
- 6Provide vehicle registration and current insurance documentation.
- 7Equip vehicle with a minimum of 4 straps and PPE.
- 8Have all decals removed from vehicle before operations.
