Overview
As an Owner Operator, you will haul freight for Target Logistics using your own Box Truck, Cargo Van, or Straight Truck. You own the wheel and the schedule, with access to a steady stream of freight across Philadelphia and beyond. We provide dispatch support, weekly settlements, and a mobile app for tracking. This role suits a driver who wants independence and consistent income without lease or rental obligations.
What You'll Do8
- 1Transport goods safely and on time using your Box Truck or Cargo Van across designated routes.
- 2Manage your own dispatch through our mobile app to accept and complete load assignments.
- 3Keep your vehicle compliant with USDOT and MC requirements, including $1M auto liability and $100K cargo coverage.
- 4Communicate with dispatch to report delays, issues, or load changes in real time.
- 5Maintain a clean, decal-free vehicle that meets our 2012 or newer standard.
- 6Handle loading and unloading of cargo, securing loads per safety guidelines.
- 7Track mileage, fuel, and expenses for weekly settlements and tax reporting.
- 8Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries to maintain client relationships.

- 12012 or newer vehicle: Sprinter/Cargo Van, Box Truck, or Straight Truck (up to 26 ft).
- 2Own your truck outright - no leases or rentals.
- 3Active MC and USDOT numbers (required for Box Trucks and Large Straight Trucks).
- 4Business void check and LLC (no sole proprietors).
- 5$1 million auto liability and $100,000 cargo coverage with $1,000 deductible.
- 6Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- 7Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- 8Vehicle must be free of any decals.
