Overview
You will own freight transport across 53-ft Dry Vans, Reefers, Box Trucks, and Flatbeds, moving 1,800-2,200 miles weekly for a Dallas-based logistics network. You will operate with 24/7 dispatch support and consistent year-round loads, earning $1.50-$1.80 per mile with weekly direct deposit. What You'll Do8
- 1Operate your Power Only or Box Truck safely, complying with DOT regulations and company policies.
- 2Load and unload cargo using proper safety protocols, including tuck-under lift gates on Box Trucks.
- 3Plan efficient delivery routes for Dry Vans, Reefers, and Flatbeds to ensure on-time performance.
- 4Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate with dispatch via ELD or logbook.
- 5Conduct routine vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance to keep equipment road-ready.
- 6Handle local, regional, and OTR runs with 24/7 dispatch support for load updates.
- 7Secure cargo with straps and chains for Flatbed and Reefer loads.
- 8Adapt to flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends when needed.
Requirements8
- 1Own or lease a Power Only unit, 53-ft Dry Van, Reefer, Box Truck, Flatbed, or Sleeper Cab in good condition.
- 2Active DOT and MC authority with a minimum of 6 months in operation.
- 3Proof of insurance: $100,000 cargo, $1,000,000 auto liability, $1,000,000 general liability per occurrence, and $2,000,000 aggregate.
- 4Provide W9 (company or personal), FMCSA letter of authorization, and company registration certificate.
- 5Submit valid driver's license (front and back), professional photo, voided check, and cab card (vehicle registration).
- 6CARB compliance certificate for all operations in California.
- 71+ year of driving experience, with CDL A preferred.
- 8Ability to load/unload cargo physically and work flexible schedules.
