Overview
You own and operate a delivery service using Cargo or Sprinter vans in the Nashville market, contracting with one of North America's largest transportation brokers. You set your own earnings with no cap, backed by excellent rates and weekly settlements. This contract role puts you on the road, fulfilling final-mile deliveries for a high-volume broker.
What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver packages and freight across the Nashville metro using your Cargo or Sprinter van.
- 2Manage your daily route to meet delivery windows and customer expectations.
- 3Load and unload items, handling up to 50 lbs per package.
- 4Use a smartphone for navigation, delivery confirmation, and communication.
- 5Maintain your vehicle to company standards, ensuring safe and timely operations.
- 6Track and report delivery metrics weekly to optimize performance.
- 7Collaborate with the brokerage team to adjust routes and volume as needed.
- 8Complete all paperwork and digital logs for each delivery run.
