Overview
You will own the Sports & Entertainment marketing strategy for a portfolio of iconic partnerships at Bank of America. You will lead the activation of sponsorships across leagues, teams, and events, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies. This role demands deep expertise in partnership activation and integrated campaign management, with a focus on driving measurable business impact. What You'll Do9
- 1Own the end-to-end activation of Sports & Entertainment partnerships, from strategy through execution, ensuring contractual rights translate into measurable impact.
- 2Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, aligning with enterprise and brand objectives.
- 3Lead the briefing and business case process to secure investment and guide creative development for major programs.
- 4Direct multiple agency partners in developing activation strategies, channel plans, and creative executions.
- 5Drive cross-functional alignment by influencing and coordinating with internal stakeholders across marketing, brand, and channel teams.
- 6Deliver strategic recommendations and progress reports to senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- 7Serve as a trusted advisor within the Sports & Entertainment Center of Excellence, sharing best practices and innovative approaches across markets and lines of business.
- 8Monitor program performance against budgets and timelines, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- 9Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, mentoring junior team members to elevate overall marketing capabilities.
Requirements10
- 115+ years in integrated marketing and campaign management, with deep expertise in Sports & Entertainment marketing on both brand and agency sides.
- 2Proven record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives by influencing and aligning teams of subject matter experts.
- 3Extensive experience executing large-scale marketing activations across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- 4Exceptional project management and organizational skills, managing complex programs from strategy through execution.
- 5Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, ambiguous environment while maintaining focus on priorities.
