What You'll Do8

  • 1Develop integrated go-to-market strategies that translate movement priorities into measurable audience goals, defining audience journeys and the mix of messaging, content, channels, creators, partnerships, and activations.
  • 2Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing strategies across internal capabilities, agency partners, and marketing channels, mobilizing cross-functional teams around unified plans.
  • 3Identify and activate culturally relevant opportunities, including creators, partnerships, platforms, communities, and experiences, to strengthen campaign relevance and audience engagement.
  • 4Advise internal teams on cultural trends, audience behavior, and emerging opportunities, using insights to refine marketing strategy.
  • 5Define campaign measurement frameworks, learning agendas, and success metrics in partnership with Measurement teams and business owners.
  • 6Lead test-and-learn initiatives that validate marketing hypotheses and optimize campaign performance, applying learnings to future strategies.
  • 7Lead agencies and cross-functional marketing teams, building alignment across business stakeholders and ensuring coordinated planning and execution.
  • 8Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement across internal and external partners.

Requirements8

  • 17+ years of experience leading integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business, brand, or social outcomes.
  • 2Deep understanding of cultural marketing, including music, sports, entertainment, creator ecosystems, and emerging audience trends.
  • 3Proven ability to develop integrated marketing strategies that connect messaging, content, creators, partnerships, and channels into cohesive audience experiences.
  • 4Experience leading agencies and influencing cross-functional teams within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • 5Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills, using audience insights, experimentation, and measurement to optimize performance.
  • 6Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • 7Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building culturally relevant marketing that inspires participation and advances lasting social impact.
  • 8Ability to thrive in a collaborative, principle-based environment, influencing across teams, navigating ambiguity, and driving alignment without direct authority.
