Sports and Exercise Sales Associate, Part Time
Overview
Own the customer experience on the floor and drive personal sales growth within Scheels All Sports Phoenix store. Be part of a team that values ownership, honesty, and a customer-centric approach. What You'll Do10
- 1Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy to create a welcoming first impression
- 2Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs and guiding them through the sale
- 3Promote Scheels Visa Credit Card and drive additional sales through product recommendations
- 4Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with freight processing and inventory restocking
- 5Demonstrate product usage and retrieve items from shelves or heights as needed
- 6Participate in product training and store meetings; assist in training new associates
- 7Navigate a personal computer and handheld inventory scanner; use Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- 8Support leadership with assigned duties and adapt to changing store needs
- 9Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet store hours
- 10Assist with general store operations to ensure a positive end-user experience
Requirements5
- 1high school diploma or GED
- 21-3 months of sales experience
- 3ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- 4ability to stand, bend, reach, climb, kneel, and perform physical tasks
- 5strong communication and customer service skills
