What You'll Do11
- 1Greet teammates and customers while understanding their needs to enhance shopping experiences
- 2Process incoming merchandise and manage freight flow with the Freight Flow/Operations Lead
- 3Maintain organized backroom inventory and ensure product accessibility
- 4Execute transfers and RTVS tasks efficiently
- 5Handle claims and freight processing according to company standards
- 6Fulfill customer experience requirements by completing all processes according to service level standards
- 7Follow safety policies and loss prevention procedures
- 8Maintain confidential company information
- 9Create inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and respected
- 10Support store operations across multiple areas as assigned
- 11Drive operational improvements through accountable actions
Requirements10
- 15+ years retail sales operations experience
- 23-5 seasons in customer-focused roles
- 3Spark and Airflow proficiency for ETL pipeline development
- 4CPC Card certification preferred
- 5AWS Certified cloud infrastructure knowledge
- 6Physical stamina to lift 15-35 lbs items repetitively up to 25 times per hour
- 7Ability to work extended periods standing or walking
- 8Capacity to work at heights over 4 feet using ladders or aerial devices
- 9Experience with repetitive motion tasks lasting up to 2 hours continuously
- 10Valid driver's license for regional transportation duties
