What You'll Do5
- 1Greet everyone and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience
- 2Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets signage requirements and price changes
- 3Promote company programs such as customer loyalty program participation warranty sales and private label credit card enrollment
- 4Adhere to safety loss prevention and standard operating procedures as well as federal regulations including those of the ATF
- 5Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome safe and respected
