What You'll Do11
- 1Build scalable speech therapy programs that improve patient outcomes
- 2Design and deliver evidence based therapy plans within 90 days
- 3Lead multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care across settings

- 5Own end-to-end delivery of speech services for assigned caseload
- 6Drive process improvements using React for internal tools
- 7Scale communication solutions using Kubernetes infrastructure
- 8Ship customized treatment protocols aligned with CMS guidelines
- 9Debug complex therapeutic challenges through analytical thinking
- 10Drive patient satisfaction metrics through proactive care
- 11Maintain accurate documentation using AWS certified platforms
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading speech therapy departments
- 3CPC Card certification required
- 4BCBA credential preferred
- 55+ years developing dysphagia treatment protocols
- 6AWS Certified cloud architecture knowledge
- 7React development experience for healthcare applications
- 8Kubernetes deployment expertise for scaling systems
- 9Health insurance certification required
- 10Dysphagia specialization preferred
- 11Licensed Speech Language Pathologist license active
