What You'll Do9
- 1Conduct thorough evaluations of speech language cognitive and swallowing abilities
- 2Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique goals
- 3Deliver therapy for communication disorders fluency challenges voice issues and swallowing difficulties
- 4Use evidence based methods and cutting edge techniques to boost patient progress
- 5Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated comprehensive care
- 6Track patient progress document sessions and maintain detailed records
- 7Educate patients and families on communication strategies for everyday success
- 8Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- 9Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- 3Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP
- 4CCC-SLP certification preferred
- 5Strong clinical expertise in assessment diagnosis and therapy planning
- 6Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- 7Flexibility to work with diverse patients across ages and conditions
