What You'll Do5
- 1Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for communication cognition and swallowing disorders
- 2Collaborate with physicians care teams and families to coordinate patient care
- 3Maintain accurate medical documentation billing and discharge planning processes
- 4Educate staff and caregivers on restorative programs and therapeutic approaches
- 5Analyze patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
Requirements5
- 1Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- 2Active state licensure and ASHA certification
- 33-5 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation settings
- 4Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- 5Strong communication and clinical judgment skills
