Overview

Collaborative Therapies seeks compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join our school-based team in Tampa Florida. We empower students through collaborative partnerships with schools families and educators to help them communicate confidently and thrive academically socially and emotionally.

What You'll Do9

  • 1Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • 2Develop implement and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • 3Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in individual and group settings
  • 4Assess student progress and modify treatment plans based on data and clinical outcomes
  • 5Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
  • 6Collaborate with teachers school staff parents and related service providers to support student success
  • 7Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district state and federal requirements
  • 8Educate families and school personnel on strategies that promote communication skills across educational environments
  • 9Ensure compliance with all ethical professional and licensing standards

Requirements10

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 2Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • 3Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure
  • 4Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility where applicable
  • 5Strong interpersonal organizational and communication skills
  • 6Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • 7Commitment to providing compassionate student-centered care
  • 8Previous experience in a school-based setting
  • 9Experience working with students with diverse communication needs
  • 10Familiarity with IEP development and educational documentation
