Overview
Provide speech and language therapy to K-12 students in Newtown, PA, on a flexible 2-5 day schedule. Hold a Pennsylvania SLP License and ASHA CCC-SLP. Collaborate with educators and families to support student growth.
What You'll Do7
- 1Conduct speech and language screenings and evaluations for K-12 students.
- 2Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable goals.
- 3Deliver therapy sessions targeting articulation, language, and fluency.
- 4Document student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- 5Collaborate with teachers, parents, and therapists to support student success.
- 6Apply Autism-specific strategies for students on the spectrum.
- 7Maintain compliance with district and state regulations.
Requirements6
- 1Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist License.
- 2ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- 3Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- 4Experience with K-12 students.
- 5Experience with Autism is preferred.
- 6Strong documentation and collaboration skills.
