Overview
Contract Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students ages 3–21 in Philadelphia. Manage caseload of 25–40 students with visual impairments and complex needs. Provide direct group and consultative services using AAC and assistive technologies. Begin August 24, 2027, ending June 11, 2027. Offer 35 hours weekly support for transformative growth.

- 2Assess and monitor individualized treatment plans focused on functional goals
- 3Establish communication strategies for non-verbal students using AAC and assistive technologies
- 4Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams families and support staff
- 5Implement AAC systems eye gaze technology tactile picture communication tools low-tech devices
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- 3Active state licensure in Pennsylvania or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year
- 4Experience with AAC systems and complex medical needs
- 5Strong collaboration communication and adaptability skills
