What You'll Do6
- 1Build 1:1 and small group academic support to reinforce learning goals
- 2Assist with assignments, homework, and projects and adapt materials for accessibility
- 3Implement behavior management strategies and reinforce classroom rules
- 4Support social skills development and deescalate behaviors under supervision
- 5Provide transitions support and assist with personal care and mobility needs
- 6Attend meetings and training sessions and help maintain a clean organized workspace
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or higher
- 2Associate degree preferred or two years/60 credit hours or passing ADE assessment
- 3Experience in special education
- 4Strong oral and written communication skills
- 5US work authorization compliance with fingerprint clearance
