Overview
The ideal candidate will own early intervention services for diverse learners across multiple school districts. You will design and deliver individualized instruction while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams. What You'll Do8
- 1Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs aligned with state standards
- 2Provide individualized instruction using technology platforms like Outlook and IEP Writer
- 3Collaborate with related service providers and families to support student progress
- 4Maintain accurate documentation and actively participate in IEP meetings
- 5Foster a safe structured positive inclusive learning environment
- 6Utilize ABA or BCBA techniques when appropriate
- 7Complete fingerprint requirements and hold current PDE certification
- 8Adapt to varying schedules and travel throughout the county
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or related field with Master's preferred
- 2Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Certification
- 3Current PDE certification with emergency not accepted
- 4Experience with students with disabilities preferred
- 5Strong communication and classroom management skills
- 6Technology proficiency demonstrated through specific platform usage
- 7Safety Care Training preferred
