What You'll Do9
- 1Foster trusting respectful relationships that nurture student responsibility and joy
- 2Develop unique lesson plans based on observations and documentation
- 3Lead the class including peer educators
- 4Guide children in developing social physical intellectual and emotional skills
- 5Observe assess and document student growth to ensure engagement and challenge
- 6Collaborate with teachers to create a wonderful school environment
- 7Communicate and collaborate with parents
- 8Assist in organizing and maintaining classroom materials

Requirements9
- 1Bilingual Spanish English fluency
- 2Minimum one year experience teaching young children
- 3Minimum one year experience as a classroom lead
- 4Understanding of Reggio-Emilia methodology
- 5Experience with Conscious Discipline
- 6High school education preferred
- 7Finger print clearance card for AZ
- 8Ability to commute to Phoenix AZ 85028
- 9Work location in person
