Overview
The Senior Solution Engineer will serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers designing secure container and cloud-native solutions. This role bridges deep technical expertise with strong presentation and communication skills while collaborating with CIO CTO CISO teams to implement CleanStart’s product suite. The position offers unique opportunities to shape customer engagements and influence product development.
What You'll Do8
- 1Act as lead technical expert during customer engagements providing architecture recommendations and implementation guidance for Kubernetes container and CI/CD environments
- 2Deliver solution presentations demos and PoCs to C-level audiences and technical teams
- 3Collaborate with account teams to assess requirements and design customized solutions aligned with business and security objectives
- 4Create and maintain technical documentation architecture diagrams and deployment guides
- 5Conduct workshops and speaker sessions to evangelize container security best practices and CleanStart differentiators
- 6Partner with product management and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence product roadmap
- 7Assist with RFP/RFI responses and technical evaluations during enterprise procurement cycles
- 8Develop repeatable solution architectures and reference implementations for customer success
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 8 years of experience in cloud-native or distributed systems domains
- 2Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes Docker containers and microservices-based architectures
- 3Deep understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines GitHub Actions GitLab Jenkins ArgoCD
- 4Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS GCP or Azure and hybrid multi-cloud deployment patterns
- 5Solid understanding of software supply chain security image hardening and vulnerability management
- 6Proven pre-sales customer-facing or solution architecture experience interacting with senior enterprise stakeholders
- 7Excellent communication and presentation skills able to simplify complex technology concepts
- 8Strong documentation and technical writing ability
- 9Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field advanced degree preferred
- 10Kubernetes certification (CKA CKAD CKS) or comparable credentials is an advantage
