Software Technical Lead Leidos NATO Program
Overview
Lead technical execution for a mission critical NATO software initiative. Own development lifecycle from design through deployment while mentoring cross functional teams. Drive delivery of secure applications supporting military mission planning. Travel up to 15 percent internationally.
What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as technical lead for software development integration testing deployment and sustainment
- 2Lead and mentor engineers GIS developers database developers testers and other technical specialists
- 3Provide technical direction review design and code resolve complex technical issues
- 4Support product owner with requirements analysis estimation planning and traceability
- 5Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog refinement estimation and reviews
- 6Translate military mission planning needs into actionable software solutions
- 7Coordinate across systems engineering cybersecurity test infrastructure database and program management teams
- 8Report technical status risks dependencies and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
- 9Conduct demonstrations training and operational events including international travel
- 10Troubleshoot issues communicate documentation and manage stakeholder interactions
- 11Work with distributed international teams
Requirements11
- 1Active top secret clearance
- 2Bachelor's degree plus 15+ years experience or master's degree plus 10+ years experience
- 3At least 10 years leading software technical lead architect principal engineer or similar role
- 4Proven expertise in military mission planning or experience as a military operations analyst
- 5Familiarity with javascript html css java python
- 6Experience with arcgis pro arcgis server enterprise geospatial technologies
- 7Knowledge of wildfly jbos enterprise messaging activemq jms
- 8Design and integrate restful services enterprise applications databases and external interfaces
- 9Bold technology names: Python AWS React Kubernetes
- 10Bold certifications: CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
- 11Bold experience ranges: 5+ years 3-5 seasons
