Overview
Lead embedded radar software development for Gen4 Tactical Airborne Radar at Raytheon El Segundo. Own technical problem solving and solution delivery. Deliver RT embedded software for radar modes and capabilities. Support cross-disciplinary teams and participate in program reviews. Ensure performance against technical cost schedule and quality standards.

Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in STEM field
- 2Minimum 2 years coding experience in C/C++/ADA or related tools
- 3Experience with UNIX Linux Windows VxWorks or RTOS platforms
- 4Ability to obtain and maintain interim Secret clearance
- 5U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility
- 6Experience with radar software development
- 7Proficiency in agile/scrum methodologies
- 8Analytical troubleshooting skills
- 9Understanding of large-scale system integration
- 10Familiarity with airborne radar architectures
