Overview
Join Uniswap Labs as an early-career engineer and own production code used by millions across the largest DEX. You'll be part of our first structured new-grad cohort, pairing with a dedicated senior mentor and shipping full-stack features from day one. Work in person at our NYC HQ, mentoring, and rapid growth in a DeFi-native environment.
What You'll Do8
- 1Ship well-tested production code used by millions across web, backend services, infrastructure, and smart contracts.
- 2Work side-by-side with your assigned senior mentor and pod, pairing on code reviews and real ownership.
- 3Build complete products by moving across the stack as you grow, from React frontends to TypeScript backends.
- 4Debug and optimize systems on Ethereum and Unichain to ensure low-latency and reliability.
- 5Design and implement new features for the Uniswap Web App, Wallet, and Trading API.
- 6Collaborate with product and design to turn ideas into shipped features in your first 90 days.
- 7Own your growth by setting quarterly goals with your mentor and reviewing progress against them.
- 8Contribute to open-source and internal tooling to improve developer experience for the team.
Requirements6
- 1A degree in Computer Science or related field completed (or completing) between December 2024 and September 2026.
- 2Evidence you build: internships, shipped side projects, open-source contributions, or hackathon results with links.
- 3Strong CS fundamentals and the ability to pick up new languages and systems quickly.
- 4Genuine excitement about crypto and DeFi, no prior crypto experience required.
- 5Able to work from our New York office 5 days per week.
- 6Nice to have: Anything you've built on or around crypto, depth in tools you use, competitive programming, CTFs, research, or open-source work.
