What You'll Do10
- 1Build and ship new features in Java and Spring Boot for enterprise clients within your first 90 days.
- 2Design RESTful APIs and integrate with SQL databases to support scalable backend services.
- 3Debug and resolve production issues across the full stack, using Git for version control.
- 4Drive code reviews and pair programming sessions to maintain high code quality.
- 5Scale existing applications by refactoring modules and improving performance.
- 6Lead technical documentation for new features and system architecture.
- 7Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
- 8Implement automated tests using JUnit and Mockito to ensure reliability.
- 9Deploy and monitor services on AWS using CI/CD pipelines.
- 10Own the delivery of a complete feature from design to production within your first quarter.
Requirements8
- 15+ years building enterprise software with Java and Spring Boot.
- 23+ years experience with AWS, including EC2, S3, and Lambda.
- 3Proficiency in SQL with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- 4Experience with REST API design and integration.
- 5Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
- 6Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- 72+ years experience with React or Angular for frontend work.
