What You'll Do10
- 1Provide quality, competent, and compassionate care based on established standards in a patient-focused preventative and treatment setting.
- 2Conduct assessments and deliver counseling using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing techniques.
- 3Manage a caseload of patients with psychosis, OCD, and Substance Use Disorder in an outpatient setting.
- 4Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate integrated care and support patient recovery goals.
- 5Document patient progress and treatment plans in eClinical Works with accuracy and confidentiality.
- 6Offer culturally sensitive care that respects diversity in religion, race, disability, and gender.
- 7Participate in team meetings and case consultations to enhance treatment outcomes.
- 8Foster positive working relationships with patients and families to build trust and engagement.
- 9Maintain compliance with LCSW licensure and ethical standards in all interactions.
- 10Support the clinic's mission of serving underserved populations with dignity and professionalism.
Requirements10
- 1LCSW license required.
- 2Knowledge of DSM-V and understanding of psychosis, OCD, and Substance Use Disorder.
- 3Recovery-oriented and trauma-informed approach to care.
- 4Proficiency in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Behavioral Activation.
- 5Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- 6Experience with eClinical Works is helpful.
- 7Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 8Sensitivity to cultural, religious, racial, disability, and gender issues.
- 9Ability to work onsite and every other Saturday.
- 10Commitment to teamwork and effective interpersonal relations.
