What You'll Do10

  • 7Deliver monthly staff trainings on the impact of mental health, substance use, and medical barriers

Requirements10

  • 1Current active Social Work license in good standing (e.g., LMSW, LCSW)
  • 2Master's degree in social work from CSWE-accredited program or CASAC
  • 3NY licensure with at least two years in a specialized social work practice
  • 4Minimum 2–3 years of experience with formerly homeless individuals or residents in supportive housing
  • 5Strong knowledge of aging-related physical, cognitive, and psychosocial conditions
  • 6Experience with trauma-informed, harm reduction, and strength-based models
  • 7Ability to conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention
  • 8Excellent documentation and organizational skills
  • 9Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills
  • 10Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable
