Overview
AiNow Technologies seeks a Small Cell Technician in Dallas to lead on-site field projects. You will prep materials perform installations document work and handle related duties. This role drives efficient deployment while ensuring safety and quality.
What You'll Do7
- 1Prep materials and equipment for each project to ensure safe and efficient execution
- 2Conduct field work per client work orders including radio antenna coax and fiber installation
- 3Record work activity information and submit post‑field reports
- 4Perform additional tasks as assigned or required by supervisors
- 5Maintain accurate documentation of all field operations
- 6Drive project timelines and coordinate with teams to meet delivery goals
- 7Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards
Requirements9
- 15+ years building telecommunications infrastructure
- 2OSHA-10 certification preferred
- 3CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- 4High school diploma or equivalent
- 5Experience in telecommunications utility or tower construction preferred
- 6Valid driver’s license with clean record
- 7Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- 8Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- 9Ability to operate heavy machinery and climb structures
Salary Insight
$37 - $52k per year
