What You'll Do11
- 1Provide one-on-one speech pathology services to seniors in private residences and senior living communities
- 2Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- 3Deliver therapy sessions targeting mobility independence functional abilities and wellness
- 4Maintain accurate documentation within FOX's EMR system following regulatory guidelines
- 5Collaborate with physical therapists occupational therapists and fitness specialists
- 6Educate patients caregivers and senior living staff about safety function and aging in place
- 7Offer telehealth virtual care when appropriate to enhance accessibility
- 8Create flexible treatment schedules allowing clinicians to manage their own availability
- 9Contribute to interdisciplinary teams focused on holistic patient care
- 10Support community-based practice dedicated to eliminating ageism through compassionate care

Requirements11
- 1Valid Speech Language Pathology license in Washington state or eligibility to obtain certification
- 2Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience with geriatric populations
- 3Proficiency with Spark and Airflow for ETL pipeline development
- 4Current CPR certification and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
- 5Ability to lift 25-50 lbs occasionally and perform moderate to maximum assistance with patient transfers
- 6Commitment to delivering culturally competent care for diverse patient populations
- 7Strong written and verbal communication skills for patient education
- 8Experience with virtual care platforms and telehealth best practices
- 9Dedication to continuous learning and professional development
- 10Physical stamina to travel between client locations
- 11Ability to operate vehicles safely for home visits
