What You'll Do9
- 1Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology services to older adults in various locations
- 2Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- 3Deliver therapy sessions that enhance patient wellness and functional independence
- 4Document patient progress in FOX’s EMR system following regulatory standards
- 5Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PTs OTs and fitness specialists
- 6Educate patients caregivers and senior living staff on safety and aging in place
- 7Offer telehealth and virtual care options when appropriate
- 8Create and manage your own treatment schedule
- 9Support patients in achieving mobility and independence
Requirements8
- 1Valid Speech Language Pathology license in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain one
- 25+ years of experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 3CPC Card certification
- 4BCBA certification
- 5Ability to perform CPR
- 6Physical stamina for medium effort tasks including lifting 25-50 lbs occasionally
- 7Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
- 8Experience with EMR systems and virtual care platforms
Salary Insight
$60 - $95k per year
