What You'll Do6
- 1Provide direct speech and language therapy to students according to IEP goals and district guidelines
- 2Conduct assessments screenings and evaluations to determine eligibility and needs
- 3Develop and implement individualized treatment plans while maintaining timely documentation
- 4Collaborate with teachers other support staff and families to promote student success
- 5Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a resource for speech and language concerns
- 6Adjust therapy strategies based on student progress and feedback
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- 3Valid Washington SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- 4Experience working in a school setting or with school-aged children preferred
- 5Excellent communication collaboration and organizational skills
