What You'll Do7
- 1Assess diagnose and treat speech language voice and fluency disorders
- 2Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans tailored to each student
- 3Collaborate closely with teachers parents and other professionals to support student success
- 4Document ongoing progress maintaining all required records and reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
- 5Offer support and resources for families and staff to maximize communication outcomes
- 6Participate in IEP meetings staff discussions and ongoing professional development
- 7Utilize expertise to help students achieve meaningful progress within a contract role
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- 3Current WA state SLP license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- 4ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred but CFY candidates considered
- 5Excellent communication collaboration and organizational skills
- 6Ability to develop individualized plans and manage a caseload of students with diverse needs
