Overview
We seek an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver flexible PRN home-based therapy. The role involves providing outpatient-level care in diverse settings, supporting clients from evaluation through discharge. What You'll Do10
- 1Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech language cognitive swallowing disorders
- 2Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing meetings
- 3Conduct discharge evaluations and recommend home safety solutions
- 4Communicate patient progress to treatment teams and families
- 5Collaborate with occupational therapists physical therapists and social workers
- 6Drive time paid at clinical rate with mileage reimbursement
- 7Maintain documentation and coordinate indirect work from home
- 8Lead therapy sessions independently within a neurorehabilitation program
- 9Support clients in returning to driving and community activities
- 10Participate in educational programs and career advancement opportunities
Requirements6
- 1Master's degree from accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- 2Valid Speech Language Pathology license in California
- 3One year minimum SLP experience
- 4Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injuries
- 5Ability to lift 50 pounds with occasional 100 pound lifts
- 6Fine motor skills visual acuity and ability to stand/walk for extended periods

$125 - $146k per year
