What You'll Do12
- 1Provide compassionate care aligned with individualized service plans
- 2Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- 3Encourage participation in activities and promote regular exercise
- 4Report health concerns promptly to supervisors
- 5Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
- 6Support clinical staff by handling administrative tasks and visitor interactions
- 7Answer phones and assist visitors with friendliness
- 8Deliver medications as prescribed and document administration on MAR
- 9Help transport residents to scheduled appointments
- 10Contribute to a clean safe environment by tidying and organizing spaces
- 11Obtain resident vitals and complete daily cleaning assignments
- 12Arrive punctually and manage shift swaps according to policy
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 2Age 18 or older
- 3Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred
- 4At least one year of experience in a residential care setting
- 5CBRF Registry membership and current CPR/AED certification
- 6Proven ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team
