What You'll Do11
- 1Manage daily operations of mail room copy center or scanning facility
- 2Operate office equipment including PCs copiers and imaging devices
- 3Supervise team members handling job assignments and break schedules
- 4Act as primary point of contact for customer issues and contract compliance
- 5Implement RICOH Service Excellence programs and analyze operational problems
- 6Maintain shift profitability through effective material usage
- 7Ensure quality and deadline standards via job scheduling practices
- 8Hold team members accountable for work quality and efficiency
- 9Facilitate vendor interactions and coordinate conference room resources
- 10Complete monthly reports and manage site documentation
- 11Assist with staff recruitment training and performance management
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 22+ years of relevant experience in B2B or technical roles
- 3Proven proficiency with Spark and Airflow
- 4Minimum 5+ years experience with Ricoh equipment
- 5Certification in CPC Card or BCBA preferred
- 6Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services
- 7Experience with Kubernetes container orchestration
- 8Ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
- 9Demonstrated skills in process facilitation and presentations
- 10Intermediate technical aptitude and communication abilities
