Overview
You own delivery and setup of demo equipment at customer sites for Pacific Office Automation, the largest independent document imaging dealer in the nation. You join a team of 30+ branches across ten western states, supporting top manufacturers like Canon, Sharp, and Ricoh. You handle trade-ins, lease returns, and rental returns while coordinating with sales and shop technicians. What You'll Do6
- 1Schedule and manage demo equipment setup at customer locations using Microsoft Outlook and internal tracking tools.
- 2Write up trade lease-ins, lease returns, equipment swaps, and rental returns in the company's ERP system.
- 3Coordinate copier and fax deliveries with salespeople and shop technicians to hit delivery windows.
- 4Back up facilities managers and shop technicians during peak seasons.
- 5Maintain a clean driving record and follow all DOT regulations for commercial vehicle operation.
- 6Communicate delivery status and equipment issues to sales and service teams in real time.
Requirements5
- 11+ year of prior driving experience with a clean driving record.
- 2Ability to pass a background check and meet DOT requirements.
- 3Solid work ethic and customer-first mentality.
- 4Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- 5Ability to lift and move heavy equipment up to 50 lbs.
