What You'll Do11
- 1Operate and maintain the Ricoh VC70000 continuous-feed inkjet press and other digital production equipment
- 2Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot press- and print-related issues to maximize uptime
- 3Create and maintain substrate and color profiles for new materials
- 4Monitor color and print quality according to established standards and approved samples
- 5Verify registration sequence and variable-data accuracy throughout production
- 6Follow job instructions and standard operating procedures to ensure on-time delivery
- 7Collaborate with Client Services Prepress Bindery and Operations to complete work accurately
- 8Monitor consumables and maintain inventory levels
- 9Safely handle paper rolls and raw materials using material-handling equipment
- 10Cross-train on additional print and post-print production equipment as needed
- 11Maintain a clean organized and safe work area while meeting production commitments
Requirements9
- 1Two or more years of experience operating digital color production printing equipment
- 2Experience with high-speed continuous-feed inkjet presses preferred
- 3Experience with color management sample matching and device or substrate profiling
- 4Working knowledge of imposition and digital print workflows
- 5Strong mechanical aptitude and practical troubleshooting skills
- 6Comfort using computers and various production collaboration applications
- 7Ability to work flexible 2nd or 3rd shifts and overtime
- 85+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 9Bold certifications: CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
