What You'll Do11
- 1Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and professionalism
- 2Educate customers on wash packages and membership options
- 3Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- 4Resolve customer questions while maintaining exceptional service
- 5Contribute to membership growth goals
- 6Guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel
- 7Perform loading procedures and monitor vehicle flow
- 8Assist customers with vacuuming and parking area needs
- 9Maintain clean and organized customer-facing areas
- 10Rotate between customer engagement, sales, tunnel operations, and lot duties
- 11Report safety concerns and maintain operational standards
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- 3Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 4Positive attitude and passion for serving customers
- 5Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 6Excellent attention to safety and operational procedures
- 7Dependable attendance and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather
- 8Physical stamina to lift up to 30 pounds and perform various tasks
- 9Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- 10Commitment to learning multiple operational functions
