- 1Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and professionalism
- 2Educate customers on wash packages Limitless Wash Club memberships and promotions
- 3Recommend products and services based on customer needs
- 4Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- 5Resolve customer questions and concerns while delivering exceptional service
- 6Consistently contribute to membership growth goals
- 7Maintain a positive energetic presence throughout each shift
- 8Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel
- 9Perform loading procedures according to safety standards
- 10Monitor tunnel operations to ensure efficient vehicle flow
- 11Communicate clearly with customers during the loading process
- 12Assist customers throughout vacuum and parking areas
- 13Maintain a clean organized and welcoming site
- 14Empty trash receptacles and replenish amenities
- 15Perform routine housekeeping throughout the site and grounds
- 16Ensure all customer-facing areas reflect Caliber standards
- 17Rotate between customer engagement sales tunnel operations and lot responsibilities
- 18Adapt to changing business needs and staffing priorities
- 19Support fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- 20Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
- 21Demonstrate flexibility and a team-first attitude
- 22Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures
- 23Maintain a clean safe working environment
- 24Wear required personal protective equipment
- 25Immediately report unsafe conditions or incidents

Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Previous customer service retail hospitality or sales experience preferred
- 3Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 4Positive attitude with a passion for serving customers
- 5Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- 6Strong attention to safety and operational procedures
- 7Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- 8Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- 9Ability to learn multiple operational functions through cross-training
- 10Physical ability to lift push pull and carry up to 30 pounds
- 11Frequent bending reaching squatting kneeling climbing
