What You'll Do11
- 1Own and operate electrical and mechanical infrastructure including UPS and generators
- 2Manage standby generators and switchgear systems
- 3Maintain HVAC and chilled water cooling systems
- 4Supervise technicians and managers for daily operations
- 5Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- 6Develop budgets and manage site performance metrics
- 7Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders
- 8Analyze production operations and implement corrective actions
- 9Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- 10Maintain detailed work request tracking
- 11Partner with HR on staffing and compensation
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 10 years progressive experience in critical facilities operations
- 2At least 3 years in data center leadership roles
- 3Proven ability to manage large teams and budgets
- 4Strong expertise in electrical distribution and mechanical systems
- 5Demonstrated track record of improving operational reliability
- 6Experience with budgeting and financial management
- 7Expertise in safety and compliance programs
- 8Excellent leadership and communication skills
- 9Familiarity with data center infrastructure components
- 10Ability to work independently and under pressure
- 11Valid driver's license for travel
Salary Insight
$185 - $200k per year
