What You'll Do11
- 1Own and scale data center operations for a growing mission critical facility
- 2Lead managers and technical teams to achieve operational excellence
- 3Ensure reliability and maintenance of electrical mechanical and cooling systems
- 4Manage budgets and performance metrics for site operations
- 5Develop and coach high performing teams aligned with Salute culture
- 6Coordinate with vendors customers and internal stakeholders
- 7Analyze production operations and implement corrective actions
- 8Establish quality standards and manage continuous improvement initiatives
- 9Maintain safety compliance and manage emergency response procedures
- 10Perform audits of maintenance operating procedures and change management processes
- 11Drive strategic planning and execution of facility management strategies
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 10 years progressive experience in critical facilities operations
- 2At least 3 years leadership in data center environment
- 3Direct responsibility for mission critical infrastructure systems
- 4Proven track record of scaling teams and managing large operations
- 5Expertise in electrical distribution UPS generator systems
- 6Strong budget management and financial administration background
- 7Experience with BMS platforms and DCIM tools
- 8Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multi site operations
- 9Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 10Certification in facilities leadership or related field
- 11Valid driver’s license for business travel
Salary Insight
$185 - $200k per year
