Site Assistant Think Together
Overview
Part-Time position assisting at Think Together locations in Los Angeles providing student services and administrative support. This role involves supporting the Site Program Manager with daily operations and maintaining facility standards.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assist Site Program Manager with student check-in and sign-out processes
- 2Interact with parents during drop off and pick up periods
- 3Organize and prepare educational materials while storing resources
- 4Enter information into spreadsheets and forms following privacy guidelines
- 5Maintain attendance records for Think programs
- 6Coordinate snack program logistics including inventory and distribution
- 7Perform general office duties such as photocopying and filing
- 8Supervise students and staff in absence of Site Coordinator
- 9Serve as positive role model for students and affiliates
- 10Work on special projects assigned by Site Coordinator
- 11Assist with coaching and training of staff and volunteers
Requirements5
- 1High School diploma required
- 248 semester units or 60 quarter units or passing pre-employment test
- 3Ability to speak and write standard English appropriate in public-school setting
- 4Must pass Live Scan criminal background check
- 5Provide clear tuberculosis test results
