What You'll Do10
- 1Build and execute new hire onboarding and orientation plans, including I-9 verification and first day communications.
- 2Design and facilitate onsite engagement events and updates to strengthen team culture.
- 3Coordinate site rosters, schedules, and communications for key operations initiatives.
- 4Own communication plans for operations initiatives and events to various stakeholders.
- 5Collaborate with leadership, internal teams, vendors, and partners to align on site activities.
- 6Assist onsite vendors with directions and access while on site.
- 7Manage and oversee employee engagement events from planning to execution.
- 8Maintain professional interactions with customers, managers, and coworkers and represent the brand well.
- 9Support other duties as assigned to keep site operations running smoothly
- 10Prepare for varied weather and working conditions to ensure safety and efficiency
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent (desirable)
- 2Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license
- 3Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- 4Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform standing, bending, and walking
- 5Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- 6Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 7Team player with professional demeanor and customer focus
- 8Willingness to work onsite in weather varied environments
- 9Background in administrative coordination or operations support preferred
- 10Must read, write, speak, and understand English proficiently
