Overview
Own store execution and customer service leadership in a CVS Pharmacy, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures and driving shopper loyalty. Lead the team in the absence of a manager, coordinate with store management, and maintain high service standards at the Phoenix location. What You'll Do9
- 1Lead store crew activities in the absence of a manager to maintain daily operations
- 2Coordinate with store management to execute opening and closing procedures
- 3Handle customer questions and complaints to reinforce CVS customer service culture
- 4Maintain confidentiality and protect customer/patient information
- 5Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute promotional displays and inventory
- 6Reset departments to align with planograms and seasonal merchandising
- 7Communicate effectively with management and crew to ensure alignment and issue resolution
- 8Oversee adherence to company policies and safety standards
- 9Address urgent store issues promptly to minimize disruption
Requirements6
- 1Deductive reasoning and analytical skills
- 2Strong computer skills and advanced communication capabilities
- 3Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends
- 4Willingness to work overtime as needed and respond to urgent store issues
- 5High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 6Retail supervisory experience (preferred)
Salary Insight
